A stage appearance in front of a full hall
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Hire a life-sized humanoid robot that welcomes your guests, walks among them on its own and answers in their own language. We arrive with the robot, our own operators and a script written for your programme — at ExCeL, Olympia, the NEC or a hotel ballroom in the City. Up to four robots at one event.
Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event and you get an itemised quote within 24 hours. We publish no price list — every event is costed individually.
We are based in Prague and we travel to the UK for the event. That is the honest version, and it is also the practical one: you get the robot, the crew that runs it every week and the paperwork handled as one booking, instead of hiring a machine and then finding someone to operate it.
Robot hire for exhibitions is the clearest case: visitors stop, and your team gets a natural reason to start a conversation instead of intercepting people in the aisle.
A technology story gets a physical form — the robot opens the session, plays a scripted exchange with your host or reveals the product.
Welcoming guests on arrival, a moment with the compere, or handing over an award on stage.
Store openings, brand activations and shoots. One of our events made two million views on a single video.
Not renders and not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered ourselves.
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Welcoming guests, appearances through the programme and the evening awards — one script.
A technology demonstration built to support the topic and the conversations in the room.
Large enough to hold a room, light enough for an upstairs function room and a passenger lift. It walks among guests and talks to them.
Eye to eye with your guests. The tall humanoid makes a different kind of entrance and needs more space and more notice.
A quadruped alongside the humanoid, or several robots working a synchronised routine. More robots means more operators and a second vehicle — tell us early.
Most of the people who book us from London are producing events somewhere else. An exhibition in Frankfurt, a congress in Brussels, a launch in Paris, a gala in Dubai. One conversation and one supplier covers all of it, because the crew, the robots and the paperwork are ours.
We drive routinely to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland and Slovakia. Same robot, same operators, no local subcontractor you have never met.
We fly the robot with the dangerous-goods paperwork its batteries require, on an ATA carnet. The robot can be dressed appropriately and briefed to greet guests in Arabic.
If you are an agency or a stand builder, the client stays yours. We turn up as your technical supplier, we can run white-label, and we will hold a date while you pitch.
We do not publish a price list, because the number depends on how long the robot is with you, how many robots there are, the scope of the programme and the travel. Send us the brief and you get an itemised quote within 24 hours.
Yes. It travels with a carnet and with the documentation its batteries need, and we handle that paperwork ourselves. Allow about four weeks for a UK booking so the customs side is comfortable rather than rushed.
Yes, always. The robot is accompanied by our own trained operators who run the programme and watch the safety side. This is not self-service hire and we do not rent the robot out unaccompanied.
Both, honestly. It walks, balances and holds a conversation on its own, and an operator is always with it. Anyone telling you a humanoid roams a busy exhibition hall completely unsupervised is overselling it.
Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way — several dates in one trip share the travel. Tell us the whole run of events and we will plan it as one job.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. What happens depends on your audience, your offer and how you follow the contacts up. We will help design the activation and how you measure it, but we do not sell numbers we cannot control.
We will recommend a format, check availability for your date and send an itemised quote within 24 hours. Non-binding, and there is nothing to sign up for.
